A New Generation of Drugs: Synthetic Peptides Based on Natural Regulatory Peptides

Got a update on the Modafinil replacement? ;)

Also any plans for cool stuff like P7C3?

We had some setbacks on one of the analogs, but the lab is currently making our backup choice. So we will have a modafinil analog within the next week or so. This one is not double efficacy, but is about 140% efficacy.

The other turned out to cost 5 times more than our lab quoted us. Way too much to sell for a reasonable price. We are trying to work through that now.

IT'S HERE!!!! P21

Replying to janowski_d · u/MisterYouAreSoDumb any chance you can describe P21 and Orexin-A and how they affect you? I know basics of them, but still info is quite spare. Is Orexin-a worth trying on top o

Here's the thing, I want to avoid giving my own anecdotes for a bit, to prevent confirmation bias. I don't want people seeing how I react, then convincing themselves they react the same way. I want people to try it thems

Replying to redan-yadayada · Would you be able to request a quote for NRX-1074 and split the cost via a sort of group buy? You get the benefit of getting the majority of the compound at a lower cost via bulk

I'm sure you know it is a lot harder than just asking a lab to make a compound. It's like pulling teeth to get these labs to take on new synths that might not work out. I've been working for almost 3 years on that Modafi

What exactly is the appeal of piracetam over others?

Replying to Serious-Mobile · Serious question: Aren't many of the substances that China keeps exporting: SARMs, Racetams, Adrafinil, etc, banned since the end of 2019? There was supposed to be a big change b

Only phenylpiracetam was banned, not all racetams. That has been impossible to find in China since January. Same goes for adrafinil. None coming out of China anymore. The government is taking that seriously. As for SARMs

Lots of things we have brought out were never used by humans. I've dove in and tried them all. Haha. I even developed my own peptide recently, and have been taking it. I think the world needs more pioneers like Shulgin.

I know it might seem depressing, and I honestly felt that way for a long time as well. However, there is another way to look at this. We've accomplished some amazing things. We are light years ahead of where we were when
