Optimum caffeine cycling

I've got some caffeine powder ordered from Nootropics Depot (thanks for the store credit!). I've experimented with several doses, and as someone with low caffeine sensitivity even without caffeine tolerance I've found it to be highly effective at doses around 300-600mg over the course of a morning.
To maximize these benefits over time, I'm interested in what information or experience you have with cycling caffeine. So far it's just been every other day for me. I haven't noticed any significant cravings, withdrawal, etc, and for me the caffeine "crash" is more of a pleasant tiredness that makes it easier to have an early night.
Anything you have to add would be much appreciated.

It really depends on the person. I can take high doses of caffeine daily for weeks, then stop cold turkey without any issues. I don't get cravings or headaches like some do. Other people get really bad cravings that don't subside for a couple days. It's just so variable.
So you sound more like me. There is no crash, no cravings, and no withdrawals. I take caffeine when I feel like it, and don't really worry about cycling.
