Alternative Choline Sources

I am wondering whether it is possible to replace cdp-choline with purely dietary choline if I increase increase the number of eggs I consume. Can anyone comment on the approximate number of eggs equal to 250 mg of cdp-choline? Nutritiondata.com says that there is 113 mg choline per 1 large egg. What is the bioavailability of choline in eggs? Does choline in eggs readily cross the blood brain barrier? Thanks for the help!

Eggs are awesome sources of choline. That is really my only source. I might add 250mg of alpha-GPC in occasionally, but that is it.
So for me, eggs work great. However, I am the type of person that does not get choline deficiency headaches. Other people find that alpha-GPC or CDP is a must with higher doses of racetams. So I would say give 2 eggs in the morning a shot. If you get good effects from that, then great. If not, add a little CDP back in till you reach the effects you are looking for.
