Optimum caffeine cycling

I've got some caffeine powder ordered from Nootropics Depot (thanks for the store credit!). I've experimented with several doses, and as someone with low caffeine sensitivity even without caffeine tolerance I've found it to be highly effective at doses around 300-600mg over the course of a morning.
To maximize these benefits over time, I'm interested in what information or experience you have with cycling caffeine. So far it's just been every other day for me. I haven't noticed any significant cravings, withdrawal, etc, and for me the caffeine "crash" is more of a pleasant tiredness that makes it easier to have an early night.
Anything you have to add would be much appreciated.

Do you eat a lot of cholesterol or eggs, or anything that could be pertinent to neural recovery?
I find that meat and eggs allow me to maintain a high caffeine intake.
I assume it's because I keep my hormones (neurosteroids and androgens) high and supply a lot of nutrients necessary for neural recovery.

Yes, I eat a lot of eggs. Usually two in the morning for breakfast. Also, my diet is pretty balanced. I eat a lot of sushi as well. Not to mention the supplements I take that modulate BDNF.
