MDMA harm reduction - order of supplements

Hi all,
after researching about MDMA harm reduction, with the main source being /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb 's thread (http://www.reddit.com/r/DrugNerds/comments/15m9sf/mdma_supplementation/), I managed to get hold of the essential supplements. This is certainly no easy endeavor if you don't happen to live in the US. Had to import half of these supplements through customs. Such a hassle.
I have
* 2 litres of grapefruit juice
* Vitamin C capsules, with 750mg VitC and 100mg grape seed extract
* Magnesium glycinate pills, with 200mg elemental Mg
* Na-R-ALA capsules, with 100mg R-ALA
and for the morning after
* 5HTP pills with 100mg 5HTP (time release)
Now I was wondering about the order of supplementation. To keep it simple, I was planning on putting one of each into three baggies, and then pull out a baggie a time in the middle of the club and swallow all the pills at once. I dont want to worry more about taking my supps at the right moment than actually partying.
So the schedule is
* 6 hours before: Mg
* 1 hour before: VitC, Mg, Na-R-ALA
* take MDMA
* 2 hours in, another VitC, Mg, Na-R-ALa
* 3 hours later, the last baggie
**Do these supplements have any synergy or contraindicant…

Explanation of 5HTP danger:

5-Hydroxy Tryptophan is an amino acid which is the direct precursor (by decarboxylation) to 5-Hydroxy Tryptamine, commonly called Serotonin. Serotonin was first discovered in blood platelets, which release it in response to injury. It constricts blood vessels (hence it's name, sero-tonin), promotes formation of clots, and induces inflammation, similar to the related chemical histamine. It suppresses mitochondrial respiration, promoting inefficient glycolysis and inhibiting energy production. In neurons, it synergizes with glutamate and causes the influx of calcium and a decrease in ATP levels, which may promote cell death. It has been implicated in the fatigue caused by intense exercise, which can be prevented using branch-chain amino acids, which compete with serotonin for entry to cells. Serotonin is high in autism, alzheimer's, multiple sclerosis, schizophrenia, and other neurological dysfunctions. Some drugs that inhibit platelet serotonin uptake are presently sold as 'antidepressants', the implication being that low serotonin levels cause depression, or that serotonin corresponds to happiness. This is disingenuous. Several studies have actually correlated elevated serum serotonin levels with depression. Serotonin, released during stress, causes damage to the hippocampus…

That is just silly! Sure one should not preload with 5-HTP, or take it the day of the roll. However, it is the only substance which will help maintain serotonin levels if your tryptophan hydroxylase levels fall. Since MDMA can reduce TPH levels by up to 90% in some cases, 5-HTP is necessary to help maintain proper levels until your enzymes can up-regulate. It should only be taken for 3-5 days following MDMA use, and always with an aromatic L-amino acid decarboxylase inhibitor like EGCG.
Everything else he says is silly misinterpretations!
On the other hand, drugs that replace or inhibit serotonin, such as LSD and MDMA, can prevent fatigue and vastly expand the range of behavior.
What is the flying fuck is this dude on about? LSD has no effect on serotonin levels, and certainly does not inhibit it. MDMA is a serotonin RELEASER! How is that inhibiting serotonin? Also, MDMA prevents fatigue?!? That so retarded I am not even going to explain why he is wrong.
