So what exactly is Phenylpiracetam supposed to do?

Just took 100mg dosage of it as I just got it on my doorstep. This was about 10 minutes ago. 5 hours ago I took 200mg of caffeine and 400mg of l-theanine. The only thing I feel is that classic placebo effect where things "look sharper and sounds are clearer" and stuff like that. Is that just my head wanting to believe something is happening or is this actually what it's supposed to do? The sources I used to see what it was told me it would "improve cognition" but that's extremely vague.

I'm not saying you will have mind-blowing results right away. I am just saying that 10-30min is not enough time for it to even reach peak plasma levels, let alone assess how you are reacting to it.
