So what exactly is Phenylpiracetam supposed to do?

Just took 100mg dosage of it as I just got it on my doorstep. This was about 10 minutes ago. 5 hours ago I took 200mg of caffeine and 400mg of l-theanine. The only thing I feel is that classic placebo effect where things "look sharper and sounds are clearer" and stuff like that. Is that just my head wanting to believe something is happening or is this actually what it's supposed to do? The sources I used to see what it was told me it would "improve cognition" but that's extremely vague.

Most people report light stimulation, increased motivation, increase in physical stamina, increased cold tolerance. It's actually banned as a doping agent by the IOC. It's not going to be even close to amphetamine, but you should notice some stimulation.
