Experiences with IDRA-21?

So I stopped using nootropics about 4 months ago because my experiences were never consistent. Three days ago I got an email from nsn announcing they started carrying an exciting new chemical, IDRA-21 . Because I trust nsn not to carry crap, generally, I purchased a gram on a lark, thinking I'd research it later.
It came in the mail today, and I start looking around, and there's very little info! A couple of scary posts re safety, but no anecdotes or suggestions re dosage.
So what are the thoughts around here? Had anyone tried it? If so, what kind of dosage and what were the effects? Does anyone have an idea of whether alcohol (a few drinks) would have a detrimental effect? Should i just toss the stuff? Thanks!

Plus one to this advice, but ironically I'm going to give you anecdotal advice about my recent usage:
First, I'm 200 lbs and in good shape, but after reading up on it I started low with a 5 mg dosage (NSN was the supplier). I'm happy I did.
The entire day was an emotional rollercoaster that was unlike any other nootropic I've ever used. I was enraged throughout the day (I do not usually get upset, let alone enraged) or semi manic. I've taken ani, pira, prami, etc., and IDRA-21 is nothing like them.
The most noticeable physical effects involved rapid sweating, anxiety, and headaches. For a while my left hand was shaking and my eyes were blurry. I've never had these issues before and I've taken large doses of adderall in the past.
Also, the brain-fog that others have been mentioned is somewhat misleading. I've experienced the brain fog effects from other racetams but this was unlike that feeling. It felt like a rapid decline in IQ. I needed to do some serious outlining for a class and the simple task of reading and organizing was too much.
Lastly, sleep was IMPOSSIBLE last night. I've been feeling off all day today and really can't wait until I get a decent night of sleep tonight.
Basically, IDRA-21 was NOT for me. It's the first time I've made such a blanket conclusion after the first time trying a drug but I have zero doubts I will be throwing it away.

Wow, that sounds like some pretty serious side effects, especially for a 5mg dose. I'll have to see how I react.
