Nice, how much did the system cost you? It's on my list of things to do, but its not really worth it to me without having a dedicated fridge as well, preferably a kegerator.
I keep saying maybe next weekend I'll bottle. I've had a high gravity mocha raspberry imperial stout lagering over some bourbon barrel chips for about a year and a half now. Its either going to be awesome, or taste like total shit. But it can't be worse than my second batch ever, which was extra spicy maple chipotle ale. Worked great to cook kielbasa in at least...
Anyway, happy brewing!

It doesn't cost much at all. I pieced all the components together, and it came out to around $200. I got much nicer components than if you were to buy a premade kit, but for cheaper.
I am going to buy an actual bourbon barrel, and an American Oak barrel for aging and cask conditioning. That should be fun!
