Experiences with IDRA-21?

So I stopped using nootropics about 4 months ago because my experiences were never consistent. Three days ago I got an email from nsn announcing they started carrying an exciting new chemical, IDRA-21 . Because I trust nsn not to carry crap, generally, I purchased a gram on a lark, thinking I'd research it later.
It came in the mail today, and I start looking around, and there's very little info! A couple of scary posts re safety, but no anecdotes or suggestions re dosage.
So what are the thoughts around here? Had anyone tried it? If so, what kind of dosage and what were the effects? Does anyone have an idea of whether alcohol (a few drinks) would have a detrimental effect? Should i just toss the stuff? Thanks!

Do you need to be careful with supplementing glutamine as well? I use it post workout.

Glutamine is made from glutamate. However, they are not the same thing. You shouldn't need to worry about glutamine supplementation.
