Why is folic acid dangerous for undermethylators? Have read some posts saying it is bad, but few reasons why.

Ok, so I finally caught up on the methylation cycle and watched some lectures including this one from Dr. Ben Lynch. I started taking l-5MTHF and SAM-e along side cyanocobalamin injections and methylcobalamin sublingual tabs. The results have been nothing short of amazing. Thanks again for your help.
Given that this affects around 40% of the population, have you considered making this topic a part of the FAQ or low hanging fruit?

Awesome! I'm glad you figured it out.
I may make a post about it sometime soon. I am just ridiculously busy at the moment. I'm running two businesses, my best friend is getting married this weekend, I have shoulder surgery next Wednesday, China keeps screwing us on nootropics shipments, etc. My brain is being pulled in a million directions. Once it slows down, I'll take some time to make a post about it.
