Why is folic acid dangerous for undermethylators? Have read some posts saying it is bad, but few reasons why.

I got my 23andme results back. Did you have to dig into the raw data to find that you had a mthfr mutation, did they flag that as a health risk for you, or was it something else completely?

I had to use the raw data, then import it into a methylation analyzer online.
