If you could magically get any drug from a psychiatrist which one would you get and why?

Memantine.
Anecdotally, its relaxing, but not inhibitory, and slightly stimulating. When I took at higher dosages, I was startled by the most slightest or mundane of stimuli. At lower doses, this same effect was present but to a smaller degree. I felt very 'present', if you will, to not only my environment but to my memory and self. That 'presence' crossed over to cognitive ability and performance.
How exactly it's pharmacological mechanisms of action arose to this I can't be certain, but it's a very interesting compound none the less.

I can't wait for our mematine to arrive! I've researched it for years, but never got around to acquiring it.
