Scammed on Alpha GPC, what is this?

Ordered from Health supplement warehouse/Supplement Nexus and I have received a very frighting substance. I've ordered this before but this time my powdered, slightly sweet alpha GPC is bitter, metallic tasting, and sour. Furthermore, it seems to bond like strange paste like substance. Obviously, this isn't Alpha GPC, but I am afraid for my health. The supplier disappeared completely, and ebay had to step in for a refund (I asked WTF it is, not just my money back)

"chemically unstable" comes to mind, scary.
What do you think?
Edit: HSW has now posted a COA for batch 130419. That's not the COA for what I posted. As as you can see, the batch number is 130409 just for clarification.

The batch number from the product's bag is based on the date it was packaged, which is why different products can have the same packaging batch number. The product name plus the packaging batch number is what allows us to match each packaging batch number against the manufacturer's lot number.
I know this should be simpler to reduce customer confusion, so we're going to also include the manufacturer lot number on each bag. Then customers will see that the lot number on the bag matches the product lot number on the Colmaric lab test.
But I see what you're saying. If agmatine and alpha GPC were packaged on the same date, then could agmatine be packaged in the Alpha GPC bag? I'll check a few Alpha GPC bags that were packaged on 4/9 to make sure. I take agmatine almost daily, so I'm familiar with the taste. I'll have an update by tonight.
