Scammed on Alpha GPC, what is this?

Ordered from Health supplement warehouse/Supplement Nexus and I have received a very frighting substance. I've ordered this before but this time my powdered, slightly sweet alpha GPC is bitter, metallic tasting, and sour. Furthermore, it seems to bond like strange paste like substance. Obviously, this isn't Alpha GPC, but I am afraid for my health. The supplier disappeared completely, and ebay had to step in for a refund (I asked WTF it is, not just my money back)

"chemically unstable" comes to mind, scary.
What do you think?
Edit: HSW has now posted a COA for batch 130419. That's not the COA for what I posted. As as you can see, the batch number is 130409 just for clarification.

Here is our April packaging log with the packaging batch number on the left and the manufacturer lot number on the right.
This lot number was being packaged before it was sent for a lab test, since it was from a trusted supplier. The bag Logicaleasoning received was packaged on 4/9/13. The bag Colmaric received for testing was packaged on 4/19/13, hence the different packaging batch numbers.
But both of these packaging batch numbers link to the same manufacturer lot number.
Logicaleasoning, I know I took some offense when you mentioned Anthrax, but I understand you're upset. If you weren't satisfied by the customer service you received, please PM me the info so I can look up the interactions, and I'll address this with the customer service rep that handled your messages.
If you're still not convinced that this is Alpha GPC, and if MisterYouAresoDumb is fine with it, you can send a sample to him and he can send it to Colmaric to be tested. This way the sample doesn't touch our hands. MisterYouAresoDumb, if this is fine, we'll send payment for the lab test and shipping to you or Colmaric ahead of time.
UPDATE: I talked to our customer ser…

Ok, that makes sense. In the future, it might be better to use the manufacturer lot number when sending to the lab for testing. I know I use the lot number that is printed on the bag/container when I send it in to Colmeric. If that lot number is different than what someone else has on their bag, then they immediately get suspicious.
I'll leave it up to you and Logicaleasoning to work out whether or not more testing is necessary. I am willing to send the sample to the lab, if needed.
