Scammed on Alpha GPC, what is this?

Ordered from Health supplement warehouse/Supplement Nexus and I have received a very frighting substance. I've ordered this before but this time my powdered, slightly sweet alpha GPC is bitter, metallic tasting, and sour. Furthermore, it seems to bond like strange paste like substance. Obviously, this isn't Alpha GPC, but I am afraid for my health. The supplier disappeared completely, and ebay had to step in for a refund (I asked WTF it is, not just my money back)

"chemically unstable" comes to mind, scary.
What do you think?
Edit: HSW has now posted a COA for batch 130419. That's not the COA for what I posted. As as you can see, the batch number is 130409 just for clarification.

Good idea. We'll start doing this to prevent confusion. Thanks.

I noticed the batch numbers for both your agmatine and alpha-GPC are the same. Could the product he received actually be agmatine? Maybe it was a mixup?
