What makes you think its mechanism is analogous to Piracetam?
The glycine-binding site activity and action via CaM kinase II and PKC sounds more like Nefiracetam to me.

Sorry, not the mechanism, the effects. The mechanism does sound most like nefiracetam. However, the effects it produces seem to mirror the effects of high dose piracetam. They seem to be going about modulating the NMDA receptor in different ways, but with similar results.
