Bacopa monnieri brain fog?

Original post in this thread

[deleted] · 16 points

I read that bacopa is great for long term memory but ever since I started taking it about 10 days ago I feel like I have a constant brain fog/dream state. To be honest, I don't really like it because I often lose focus or just think about something for 5 minutes without realizing I just dozed off. Has anyone else experienced this? Also, any suggestions as to getting rid of it?

Did that feeling eventually fade? Or did you end up getting used to it?

The feeling is slowly fading. I am just taking caffeine to counteract it.
