One month ago, I cycled off of everything I was using to re-establish my baseline. Last Monday, I started back up on piracetam (2.0g), citicoline (0.5g), and sulbutiamine (100mg ever other day). I didn't realize it until now, but in the three weeks I was off nootropics, I hadn't masturbated at all. I'm almost certain that there is a direct correlation between the cycling and my depressed libido, because there's a three week gap in the log I've been keeping to track my sexual activity (among other things) that lines up with my three weeks off everything. unsolicited advice: until the docs pull their voodoo on you think about lowering the load on your autoimmune system by installing a hepa filter in your bedroom at night. This will remove pollen and mold spore. I suppose you might be doing this already? If not, my anecdote is that it has helped my breathing a lot both sinus and lungs so my autoimmune system could focus more on colds, flus etc. Also, there's a lot of good autoimmune supporters in the fungal world, check out the work of Paul Stamets in regards to fighting infections with mushrooms. Turkey tail mushrooms are great.
