Nootropics and Libido

One month ago, I cycled off of everything I was using to re-establish my baseline. Last Monday, I started back up on piracetam (2.0g), citicoline (0.5g), and sulbutiamine (100mg ever other day). I didn't realize it until now, but in the three weeks I was off nootropics, I hadn't masturbated at all. I'm almost certain that there is a direct correlation between the cycling and my depressed libido, because there's a three week gap in the log I've been keeping to track my sexual activity (among other things) that lines up with my three weeks off everything. Is there any research to support such a conclusion, or does anyone else have similar findings? I realize this might be an awkward subject, but in the interest of science I'm withholding my reservations.
On a similar note, is there anything that downregulates your libido? I get a lot more work done when my brain isn't ogling everything female in the room I'm in.
PS: In regards to not realizing I hadn't masturbated in 3 weeks, it seems, according to my log, that I simply "forgot". Somehow, the desire to masturbate was absent, and I was blissfully unaware of its absence, else I would have been a little worried. It perturbs me as to…

I'm just saying that testosterone could be a big factor still. The dopamine theory is valid too. My last blood work showed lower white blood cell counts. This could be due to piracetam raising testosterone levels.
