After all of my nootropic experience I have only one question to this community.

Why would any one seeking clarity of mind consume alcohol or marijuana?
Edit: I should've know that reddits absolute affinity for pot was too grand. Marijuana diminishes short term memory. Alcohol is poison. Both of these statements are fact based on countless studies. Do I really have to resort to sourcing. I can't help but be snarky when someone makes a case for alcohol on a nootropic form.
Edit2: I've consumed Marijuana in the past, in fact a fair amount. I've also had a number of profound psychedelic experiences. What I'm not about to do is advocate their use as a nootropic of common use. I see so many marijuana based responces and post on this sub. This isn't r/drug.

Clarity sometimes arises from altered perspectives. Much of who I am today is due to the altered states of mind I have been subjected to, naturally or unnaturally. I think nootropic users are less likely to abuse substances, but probably more likely to experiment with them.
