Any interest in a subredit for older nootropics users?

I have been thinking of starting a sub for older nootropics users such as myself. I have not seen anything specifically in this vein. I am 62, and have many of the symptoms related to early onset Dementia, such as foggy brain, heavy memory issues, both short and long term and reduced analytical ability. I found this sub as part of my efforts to educate myself in the subject and to see what these substances could possibly do for me. After about 2 weeks of using a basic stack I can report some improvement, but would like to see what could be done to further improve my mental situation. As I said in an earlier post, my brain is my single most valuable possession, if it breaks down any further I am basically done.
Edit 3/27: Doubled up on the Choline dosage today to about 500mg total, will see how the 3pm droop is affected.
After work: Today turned out to be a non standard day, as I had to go out to demo some software to a prospect. Any time I can get out of the office and be driven around the south west Ontario area at 80km/h, looking at windgens and massive greenhouses my eyes (and my mind) feel better. Time they invented the brain-interface-to-the-internet-Wi-Fi-chip. I would be…

Hi, this was a tremendous response on your part, Thanks! I shall start with the CoQ10 and Bacopa this next week, as well as increasing the ACh precursor dosages. As regards the PTSD and depression, the last two weeks have helped considerably. I think my depression relates directly to the stress I perceive. Going from being able to manage multiple projects to only one or two, and the increased expectations from my superiors before I shared details of my situation, certainly upped said stress enormously. Once I shared with them, and they started to lighten my workload, along with the Noots, I found I have turned the corner in terms of stress induced lack of confidence and its concommittant depression. After dinner I will get out the reloading scale, CapMQuick and powders and set to work reconfiguring dosages. Also, I tried Noopept sublingually this past weekend and did not notice much difference, but in the light of your comments, I shall ingest them and let the enzymes reduce the potency.

Noopept is still active orally. However, that may be why you were good with 25mg. Sublingual should allow you to take a lower dosage. I always dose it sublingually, so that is what I go off of when I reference dosage.
I'm glad things are coming around!
