I finally got a good scale. What's a good way to take small doses?

I just want to measure out like 8-10 mg of noopept. So say I get it on the scale. Then what? Tip the dish into my mouth and pat it and maybe accidentally get saliva on it/powder on my face?

This whole process probably isn't as complicated as I'm making it. Just want to know what all of you do.

I take noopept sublingually. I measure out 15mg on the little tray on the scale, then dump that under my tongue. I give it 5-10 minutes to absorb, then drink some water.
