Acetylcholinesterase Inhibitors and Bedtime
Original post in this thread

I've been on Hup-A 120mcg ONLY at night - this was actually because I bought Geranamine (an Ach-ase inhibitor as well) a few years ago and noticed its expiration date going out, so I took the rest of it, then switched over to the better Hup-A for nighttime.
My memory has improved. I'm on day 4 and my sleep is fine (as can be) and I guess at night acetylcholinesterase can really affect memory consolidation with me.
I'd advise at least trying it; it is working for me very well.

I am not Chrono. I don't post anywhere else but here.
What's being implied here is that Hup-A's awesomeness needs to be taken after REM
Well REM benefits from high ACh levels. So if you could have a computer monitoring your brain waves, then administering Hup-A as you come out of slow wave sleep into REM, that would be ideal. Haha. It does this naturally, though. So I'd stick to administering Hup-A every other morning.
