Do the scoops that come with Liftmode noopept need to be filled or packed?

So my goal is to take 20 mg of noopept at a time. Liftmode's noopept comes with a scoop that says "8-12 mg". I could scoop and level out the powder, or I could (not ridiculously) pack it in a little bit and definitely fit more in.

What way gives me the amount the scoop says?

Or maybe the difference it makes is small enough to not matter. I don't know.

The only way you will get accuracy that low, is with a scale. I would never try and dose something like noopept with anything but an accurate scale. One day you could have 30mg, the next could be 15mg. Since there really is a sweet spot with noopept, I'd advise getting a scale. You can get fairly accurate one for cheap. You can get a Gemini 20 and calibrate it often. Use the tare function to get accuracy with the weight of the tray.

They are not talking about analogs of noopept. Noopept IS the analog they are discussing. The other compounds are not analogs of piracetam, either. They took inspiration from some of the functional groups, but they are V
