Oh I thought I was low on calcium or something. So basically it's just about how calcium is used, adderall doesn't change the actual calcium requirements of the body?
You mentioned magnesium glycinate. Is there any particular reason for using that over other forms of mg? Or is it just preferred over other ones in general?
I have never heard of electrolyte tabs before but I'll check it out soon.
Thanks for your help.
When I decide to order them I'll hit you up again to inquire about sources and stuff.

Correct. It's just the way your nervous system uses calcium. Most people are low on magnesium as it is. Adding stimulants just makes it more likely to be an issue.
Most forms of magnesium are not very bioavailable. Magnesium glycinate is one that is. Also, glycine is used at your NMDA receptors as well, along side glutamate and magnesium. It's a win/win. Magnesium L-theonate is a good one too.
