Gatorade and stuff have so much sugar tho. And no sugar ones are even more expensive.
What's the calcium channel?
It all sounds exciting but I just feel weird about taking all these supplements that I can't even pronounce properly. And trust me I do get the irony in that statement since I seem ok with taking a form of meth but these you listed, I'm questioning. Once exams are over I have a month in between school. I was gonna get a stim break but I think I might try modafinil for sure.
Just googled bacopa. Sounds very interesting. Will try that too.
Are you recommending all 4 of those in combination or just try any of them by themselves?

Don't drink Gatorade, drink smart water, coconut water, or get electrolyte tablets that dissolve in water. I use the tablets all the time in the summer here in AZ. I mountain bike, and sweat out most of my sodium and potassium. So I put the tablets in my Camelbak, and it works great.
All the supplements I mentioned are way safer than amphetamines or methylphenidate. Take all four at the same time. They work very well together.
Your NMDA receptors control ion channels that allow molecules into your neurons once it's membrane voltage raises above a certain level. The substance that mainly passes through the channel is calcium, but potassium also does as well. Magnesium blocks the channel so that calcium will not enter the neuron too often, or in too high of quantities. It's voltage-dependent, so once the neuron reaches an excited state, it unbinds to allow the calcium through again. This is how signals get sent through your nervous system. Most stimulants instigate a release of glutamate. This is the substance that binds to your NMDA receptor to tell it to open. This is what causes tolerance and excitotoxicity. Magnesium protects your from this.
