Not sure if the pramiracetam I received is legit. How can I be sure?

I ordered some pramiracetam after having a good response to my last supply. When I got the stuff it looked drastically different then what I had last time. My previous stuff was crystalline, somewhat transparent and stuck together, also horribly bitter.
The stuff I just received is powdery like flower and has no taste at all, kinda bland. It doesn't seem soluble in water, kinda settles at the bottom. How likely is it that the stuff I have isn't pramiracetam at all? Is there any definitive ways to check? I've heard it's melting point should be 47-48 Celsius though I'm not sure how to check that (as a student in a dorm, only got a microwave to my name).
edit: here's an album comparing it to aniracetam and creatine (my two closes guesses). http://imgur.com/a/RhC9f#0
edit2:
They stated (the supplier) that the reason the product is in a fine powder form is a
result of further grinding the crystalline mixture in order to help
with product solubility. The variation in taste is attributed to
"repeatedly decolorizing the product in the final crystallization
step, thus weakening the bitter taste". Here's the COA: http://i.imgur.com/OUn1S.png

There is no way that is pramiracetam. Pram is one of the worst tasting substances out there. It's like battery acid. Who is the supplier you purchased it from?
