You never have Muslims like this in the mainstream media.

Thanks for getting what I'm saying. The line should be drawn in the middle ground. You have the right to wear or not wear clothes, revealing or otherwise. But out of the goodness of your heart, you should forgo wearing bikini and sunbathing across from a mosque. At the same time, Muslims shouldn't feel offended if people want to wear bikini and sunbathe at the beach or in their home. Non-Muslims shouldn't have to accommodate Muslims on everything and every time. And Muslims shouldn't have to accommodate non-Muslims on everything and every time. The line is at the middle ground.
Respect should be two-way street. Non-Muslims should say, "Hey, Muslims, even though we don't believe in your religion, we are not going to make an offensive cartoons. We could if we wanted to do. But we aren't going to." And the Muslims should reply , "Hey, Non-Muslims, we know that you have the right to draw anything you want. But we totally appreciate your retrain and desire to be amicable."
Then both parties continue, "Let's all do something together that benefits us both. Here are a million children dying every year without food and medicine. We have petro-dollar and you have the vaccine and distribution network and logistical know-how. Let's work together and eliminate infant mortality."

Ok, that's the response we should all be looking for! There is no line, only a mutual respect that must go both ways. I think that is the problem I see from both sides. The people that are drawing Mohammed are doing it because the other side has shown that they are unwilling to overlook the action and see it for what it is, a reaction. Humans, like most animals, love to push boundaries. When someone tells us we cannot do something, we suddenly want to do it. Is it disrespectful? Well respect must be earned, and the people pushing boundaries do not feel the other side has earned the respect for that action. So to the ones doing the pushing, it is not disrespectful. However, to the ones being pushed, it is. Until both sides show some mutual respect for one another, we will have the same argument. That has to include the Muslim world being tolerant of others actions and beliefs.
