It looks very interesting. It seems to selectively inhibit PDE4D in the brain, causing hippocampal cAMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate) levels to rise. This enhances cascading signals via the adenylate cyclase pathway. The AC pathways are linked to various types of spatial and procedural learning.
