Lucidimax Vs Ultra Red Reishi?
Replying to serpowasreal · I've tried them all. LucidiSpore is more powerful for sleep induction than Lucidimax in my personal experience but they're both great.
LucidiSpore is the GOAT for sleep, but it is very one-sided. You won't get any of the other benefits of Reishi, since it is just a super potent supercritical CO2 extract of the spores. If you want both sleep and immune, I would go LucidiMax.

Why doesn't Lucidimax reishi make me sleepy?
The Lucidimax helps with sleep quality. This is why I always suggest combining it with Tauromag for the actual GABA modulation to help getting to sleep.

Both are great, but I like Lucidimax better, as you get high ganoderic acids, high beta-glucans, and unique triterpenes from the spores you don't find in the fruiting body. So it is a much more comprehensive amount of what Reishi has to offer.
