Lucidimax question

I’m taking it in the evening for sleep, and within about an hour I start to feel sleepy. This is honestly one of the only sleep aid supplements I’ve ever taken where I can actually feel the effects, so I’m rather pleased with that. Sleep onset is quicker, but I am waking up more through the night. However when I do wake up I feel very tired, even slightly sedated and can easily fall back asleep quickly.
So I’m a bit confused by its effects. On one hand my sleep quality feels better because I’m dreaming more and falling asleep fast, but on the other hand I’m having more awakenings so sleep feels fragmented.
I’m only 3 days in, is this something that’ll likely resolve? I plan to keep taking it to find out for myself but curious to hear others thoughts. I’m taking it with 2g glycine in the evenings, and I take Erinamax in the morning if that matters.

Thanks, I’ll try pulling glycine out. My main goal is to reduce my arousal threshold. I have sleep apnea (treated) and sleep fragmentation is my main issue at this point, lots of micro arousals and awakenings. Reishi definitely puts me to sleep, now I just need to stay asleep. Would lemon balm or tauromag stack best with reishi to accomplish this?

Lucidimax, Tauromag, and lemon balm together knock me out like a corpse. All three together is magic.
