I researched both but I couldn’t know which one if better for cognitive support due to each of one them having different opinions from people.

Are you growing your Lion's Mane here in Canada?

We are growing lion's mane in Canada, but that's not what we use for our fruiting body products. All our whole fruiting body mushrooms are grown in China. They are just still the best at fruiting body at scale. They have been doing it for literally thousands of years. They have found reishi at Neolithic sites in China dating back 6,000 years! Written records of medicinal mushroom use in China go back 2,000 years. It's crazy. They do it the best at scale.
Now I will say we are better at it at small scale here at our facility in Arizona. We have some recent batches of fruiting bodies that we grew here in Tempe that were over 1.6% hericenes and hericenones. However, that's at small scale, not production scale. What we have been learning in our scientific operation here in Arizona is being used to optimize our partner's operations, both in China and at our facility in British Columbia. However, we are not set up to do large batches yet. We mostly focus on the science here, then use that to help optimize other larger scale production operations.
