Please bring back powders
Replying to UniqueBasil1937 · 7,8 dhf, cognance, reishi, celastrus, dynamine , rhodiolas and ginsengs are the ones I remember haven't been in stock in powder form in a long time and I was buying regularly. Also…
Rhodiola I commented below. It's a shady adulteration scheme we caught right now. https://www.reddit.com/r/NootropicsDepot/comments/1odzayf/please_bring_back_powders/nl6zdgo/ Cognance will be restocked. It was a supply issue that we have solved. Reishi will be restocked. Same thi…

The sorbitol is actually a functional part of the tablet, not just a sweetener. That's the issue as well. It's a disintegrant for sublingual tablet formulations. We don't just formulate shit willy nilly. There are reasons for everything we use.
Infinigreens is amazing
Replying to Delicious_Cream_5931 · We have a similar cheaper product here in France which is composed of 71 ingredients (12,7g per packet), some of them being : - Cordyceps, Rhodiola, Ginseng, Bacopa, Reishi, Shita…
Without knowing any more, I would say it is bullshit. You can't have 71 ingredients in a single product and have them all be intelligently formulated and dosed properly. Brands often do this as a marketing tactic. We call it the kitchen sink approach. They don't know how to intel…
Anthocyanin-fucoidan nanocomplex
Replying to Warren_sl · If only ND had a Fucoidan product that activates SIRT6
There's a reason we don't, and it is not because we can't get fucoidan. I have beta tested multiple extracts before. I've even enjoyed some of them. My issue is with the lack of science on the analytical chemistry side. I don't like making claims that I can't validate in our lab,…
⚠️ NEW PRODUCT ALERT | Eurycomax Capsules, InfiniGreens Powder, & Ecklonia cava Powder⚠️
Replying to iTsPriMeTiiMe · Was surprised you guys didn't include any ginseng in the TA stack. I remember you saying that ginseng was the most effective in balancing the drop in cortisol/tiredness feeling som…
We did in an earlier formula. However, in our testing we decided to take it out. For one, it was adding too much to the cost. It's already expensive as it is. Also, it was taking up a lot of space. We didn't want to move to 3 capsules, and to get a high enough dose to make a diff…

The people that bought Thorne are actually L Catterton, which is the investment arm of LVMH. That's the massive luxury company that owns Luis Vuitton, Moet and Chandon, Hennessy, Sephora, Tiffany, Bulgari, etc. It's just a very large multinational conglomerate that is focused on…

That's the question I ask myself all the time. People really don't understand how much money it takes to run our operation. That's nobody's fault by my own. I have built and incredibly complex operation, with capabilities nobody else in the supplement industry has. We are doing s…
A petition to keep powders
It's not about pandering to anyone. If nobody buys something, what are we even doing? I don't want to sell things people don't want. If people are buying less than 10 units of something a month, that's telling me that nobody wants it. The powders that are out of stock are because…
New to ND. Other TA did nothing. Some questions.
Replying to Relevant_Routine · Have you tested their LJ100? I’m curious to see how that compares to your 2%
LJ100 has about 0.5% eurycomanone. We have tested multiple brands selling it, and it always comes in around there. This includes Akarali, who are selling Physta, which is just LJ100 branding outside the US. They claim 1.5% eurycomanone, or even 3% on some pages. We found 0.58%. I…
Why is ND shitting on us powder plebs?
Replying to CrackedActor91 · Then is it possible to do something like make an adaptogen mix powder? you could go two way, make one with 3% rosavin Rhodiola, schisandra, the 7-10% ginseng and others (cortisol s…
Personalized batches just don't make sense from an economies of scale perspective. The per unit cost would be way too high, because we would have to set up production and formulation for each mix, and that only makes sense if we are making hundreds to thousands of units at a time…
Should I give my mom tongkat?
Out of curiosity, why are you considering Tongkat for her? That's not one someone usually suggests for a middle aged woman. It will lower estrogen, which is less than ideal for women at your mother's age. That could exacerbate bone weakening. Tongkat is also not one people use fo…

We absolutely do third party lab testing! I ranted in detail about it here. https://www.reddit.com/r/NootropicsDepot/comments/ypl2wc/3rd_party_lab_testing_for_nd/ Alkemist, Eurofins, Dyad, Twin Arbor, Mérieux, etc. are all 3rd party labs we send samples to every week. Moreover, l…

Ohh, a little update on the Akarali front. We went out and bought some of theirs to run through the lab. The results are back, and it is even worse than I expected. They failed their own spec! https://imgur.com/a/MgnX6bJ Total eurycomanone content came back at 0.58%, which is far…

Korean Ginseng Corp VS ND Panax Ginseng
After I saw this post, I went out and bought a bunch of stuff from Korean Ginseng Corp. Shit was expensive! It got here fairly quickly, and I immediately took 5 balls of the KGC red, one softgel of the extra strenth, and one stick pack of the potent ginseng honey. Honestly, I did…

They are selling LJ100. They are calling it Physta, as that is the overseas name for the extract, but it is the same thing as LJ100. They are actually not allowed to sell it branded as Physta in the US. We just had a meeting with HP Ingredients at our offices a week or so ago. An…

I will admit, we suck at branding and marketing. Straight up. We just don't do a good job of explaining the details of our products in simplified forms that resonate with people. It's all buried in paragraphs and comments of mine over the years. I've always been more focused on t…

In theory, which would aid more in the bioavailability of icariin: GS15-4 or Panax Ginseng Leaf Extract Powder (40-45% Ginsenosides)?
Schisandra would be better. Our PanaMAX has both Panax ginseng and Schisandra in it. Piperine would help as well.
Why am I an aggressive dude when I take Tongkat Ali?

Cistanche should not lower estrogen. It's a great supplement. Tongkat 2% will likely lower estrogen for you as well, just not as drastically. It's part of the mechanism. Combining it with horny goat weed, boron, and Panax ginseng helps balance that out.
