Why am I an aggressive dude when I take Tongkat Ali?

I have been taking tongkat ali on and off for quite some time now. Every time I take it, I notice that after two days, I’m more aggressive and want to fight everyone. I am a friendly guy who doesn’t really get irritated with people easily, but boy do I get irritated with everything when taking this supplement. Road rage is insane and I feel a lot more masculine. I know testosterone is what increases my aggressiveness, but I am confused at how this happens only two days after I take this supplement. Is this normal?

Only tested Tongkat Ali 10%. It gave me aggressive behaviours, insomnia, headaches and joint pain during walking/running. Clearly signs of too low estrogen. Even only 3 tablets per week (mon, wed, fri) gives same symptoms so I guess the Tongkat Ali 2% will do the same for me. Looking forward to your better balanced Tongkat Ali though. Currently testing Cistanche, 1 week in, too early to say anything about it.

Cistanche should not lower estrogen. It's a great supplement.
Tongkat 2% will likely lower estrogen for you as well, just not as drastically. It's part of the mechanism. Combining it with horny goat weed, boron, and Panax ginseng helps balance that out.
