Independent Lab Testing Results Of Supplements On The Market

Probiotics are a totally different thing. Those are not heat stable, save for very specific strains. It's part of the reason we don't sell any probiotics yet, apart from the fact that the QA process is totally different. It's biology rather than chemistry, so I would want to ensu…

Whoopsie! It looks like I accidentally changed the settings on my account to not allow people to send me PMs! I wondered why my notifications were a bit low today. LOL 4'DMA-7,8-DHF should have cumulative effects just like 7,8-DHF. It should just also have more acute ones, and la…

Herbal GABAergics and dependency
Replying to umbrella_term · If I understand your last paragraph correctly, fasoracetam can help undo phenibut tolerance? Also, speaking of benzos, phenibut and GABA: do the former two interact with lemon bal…
Fasoracetam modulates the metabotropic glutamate receptors, which causes a compensatory up-regulation of GABA-B receptors. GABA-B down-regulation is part of the tolerance. >Also, speaking of benzos, phenibut and GABA: do the former two interact with lemon balm and magnolia bark?…

Okay, so you are talking about GABA-B, then. GABA-B and GABA-A are two totally different beasts. I was more discussing GABA-A, and the benzodiazepine receptor specifically. How the GABA-B receptor complex acts is quite different than A. I actually even talked about it above. Ther…

Replying to xelerated1 · Is it normal or common to get a headache from emoxypine?
Not from my experience, no. Does it happen every time you take it?
Fasoracetam and GABA-B receptors recovery
Replying to nanasitoomi · I want to use fasoracetam and emoxypine with phenibut to get the most effect out of the smallest dose, like 250mg/day once a week. Do you have any recommendation what should be the…
I would just say emoxypine and fasoracetam in the morning on the off days to sensitize.
Fasoracetam and GABA-B receptors recovery
Replying to nanasitoomi · I raise my hat to your knowledge. Do you have any info about emoxypine succinate? Seems it also modulates the GABA receptors.
Emoxypine succinate increases the affinity of GABA receptors. So essentially it sensitizes them.

Replying to Fickle_Resident7536 · Ok thank you, do you think it's a net positive to take Fasoracetam and in your opinion can someone develop a tolerance to Fasoracetam? Or is there is a safe way to take it I ask a…
I have found beneficial effects from taking fasoracetam, yes. However, I always cycle it. So I am sure tolerance can form, as it does to most things. Not after 3 days, though. I will cycle in fasoracetam for a couple weeks at a time, then cycle off it.

Fasoracetam and GABA-B receptors recovery
Replying to Fickle_Resident7536 · Have you any recommendation for actually helping receptors that are "burnt out" from things like phenibut?
That's a complex thing that I am not sure we can properly scientifically answer yet.
Fasoracetam and GABA-B receptors recovery
Replying to bitmyneck · Ok so, adeneylate cyclase. I digged I little into it for reducing adrenaline, cAMP etc... Didn't remember well how it work. Will fasoracetam boost adrenaline or reduce it ?
Adrenaline actually stimulates adenylate cyclase, not the other way around. So I am not sure how modulating adenylate cyclase would affect adrenaline, if it even would.
Fasoracetam and GABA-B receptors recovery
Replying to 3ric843 · That is all very interesting. Do you have a clear answer to wether or not fasoracetam can help recover from damage done by phenibut and GHB abuse?
There are no direct scientific studies on that, so you will have to go with anecdotes. There are positive anecdotes out there regarding it, so it is possible.
Fasoracetam and GABA-B receptors recovery
I know a lot of people say fasoracetam is a GABAb antagonist, but that's actually not true. It's actions are much more complex than that. Essentially Fasoracetam modulates the metabotropic glutamate receptors (mGluRs). The mGluRs are not ionotropic receptors like NMDA/AMPA, and d…

That is incorrect. It is not a GABAb antagonist. Its actions are mediated by metabotropic glutamate receptors. I'll make a larger post above.

>I took some NALT with P5P the mornings after, but I really didn’t notice an improvement. I just picked up some regular L-tyrosine, so I’ll try larger doses of this with P5P. Some people get much better effects from L-tyrosine than NALT. I have not figured out why yet, but it is…
I saw California has been going through a heat wave, any chance my order could have been damaged by the heat during shipping?
No, those are all very stable. Also, the packages are always stored in temperature-controlled warehouses. They are not just left outside in the heat. 50*C is also not that hot in chemistry terms. There are only a few things that have issues at that range, like fasoracetam and pra…
Should I be concerned about the temperature in Tempe? (the Tempe-ture?)
Replying to dripcoffee44 · Ok but how about if we accidentally left it in the mailbox for a few hours? Any products particularly fragile in that regard?
Most things are very stable. There are a few that have low melting points, like pramiracetam and fasoracetam, but we ship those in insulated bubble mailers. Now that our standard shipping is FedEx Express, they don't really sit in mailboxes anymore, either. FedEx delivers to the…

Green tea catechins absorb primarily in the small intestine. The main issue with EGCG specifically is glucuronidation in the liver after absorption. That should not be affected by milk or protein, though.
