Longvida consistently potentiates cannabis???

So I've been occasionally taking Longvida and every time I take it, it seems to potentiate smoked cannabis quite significantly (even 8+ hours after taking Longvida). I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this? I've heard of people using turmeric/curcumin to potentiate things before, but wasn't expecting it to work this well. I actually don't take it very much because it can potentiate it to an uncomfortable extent for me as I'm fairly prone to get some anxiety from THC.

Once a year we do. She goes in November. I think so as well. Getting her to do HRT is another topic.

I would suggest doing something like Function Health, where you get a larger panel once a year, and then a mid panel at the 6 month mark. You can also order more tests in between as well. Once a year is likely the bare minimum at your ages. Having more regular testing is crucial to spot trends and rule out outliers. What I am doing is Function Health panels every 6 months, then Rythm Health every month. The Function ones are going in and giving larger amounts of blood less regularly, but you get a lot more markers. The Rythm one is sent to your house, and you just stick it to your arm, press, and let the blood fill the vial for 1-3min. Then FedEx comes and picks up the sample to take to their lab. It's much smaller panel of markers, but every single month, and much more convenient.
I would not jump to HRT right away. I think doctors are massively fucking up with how much they are pushing HRT right now. Replacing your endogenous hormones should be an absolute LAST RESORT, not the first resort. How we have all collectively decided that most human bodies can't naturally make our hormones anymore, and needs to have them synthetically added, is insane to me. I 100% agree that low hormone levels is something that needs to be addressed in our population right now. I just disagree that jumping straight to replacing them is the answer. If the human body has become unable to produce testosterone and estrogen at all, we have bigger problems. It's crazy to me that doctors aren't trying to figure out WHY the body is producing less, and trying to address the root cause, rather than jumping right to just replacing them.
Here is what I would suggest for your wife. Keep in mind that I have not actually seen her blood results, so I am going off assumptions.
* Horny Goat Weed (50% Icariin): Icariin demonstrates significant estrogenic activity through estrogen receptor beta (ERβ) activation. Studies show it can reduce bone loss in postmenopausal women without affecting estradiol levels, through selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) activity. It also has direct effects on inflammation.
* Beta-ecdysterone: Also works through estrogen receptor beta (ERβ) activation, providing estrogenic benefits without hormonal disruption. This mechanism is ideal for supporting estrogen-deficient conditions naturally. Studies demonstrate beta-ecdysterone's ability to enhance bone regeneration and support tendon repair through the BMP-2/Smad/Runx2/Osterix pathway. Research shows it can accelerate bone healing and improve collagen synthesis in tendons.
* White Jelly Mushroom: Tremella fuciformis significantly increases collagen synthesis in skin fibroblasts. This directly addresses tendon repair needs since tendons are primarily composed of collagen. The polysaccharides in white jelly mushroom specifically enhance collagen production through multiple pathways, including SIRT1. Tremella can also hold up to 500 times its weight in water, providing exceptional hydration that supports joint lubrication and tendon flexibility.
This stack is great for women going through menopause or having low estrogen, as it addresses multiple pathways like bone mineralization and tendon/ligament health.
