Longvida consistently potentiates cannabis???

So I've been occasionally taking Longvida and every time I take it, it seems to potentiate smoked cannabis quite significantly (even 8+ hours after taking Longvida). I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this? I've heard of people using turmeric/curcumin to potentiate things before, but wasn't expecting it to work this well. I actually don't take it very much because it can potentiate it to an uncomfortable extent for me as I'm fairly prone to get some anxiety from THC.

Yeah its super wierd and interesting, i saw that some people reported feeling "thorny"/ irritable on it, when i first strated looking into it i saw that there was a study that said that curcumin had very high affinity for cb1 as an antagonist, that would explain a lot of things, like the stimulation and mood effects that some people have. But the study was retracted and they probably contaminated the curcumin with the cb1 antagonist they were using. It would make sense that the mood effects could be from CaMK IV inhibition, as that would lower pCREB and synaptic placticity, im not sure about the time frame though. The NAchR alpha 7 effects would also explain some mental effects, im not so sure about stimulating effects though, im less well read up on AMPK, but that could be another one, longvida is super interesting, thats for sure, especially in higher dosages, it feels super interesting and i become very "locked in" on whatever im doing. Its also hard to say since OP was not clear about how it was potentiating it, was he more relaxed, more buzzed, etc. Either way longvida is a keeper, some very interesting things going on. I agree that we often tend to get too focused on one mechanism and attribute all the effects of a compound, or whatever, to that mechanism, honestly thats kind of why i replied lol. It reminded me of all the times ive gone into threads where people explain…

Ohh, I am not saying I won't still drop shit here and there on Reddit. I pretty much can't help myself, so I likely will still be doing that. LOL. However, I want to also professionally memorialize our efforts in a formal way. This means publishing full papers in respected journals and putting up white papers with our science data available for scrutiny. I'll still talk about more inside stuff here on Reddit, though. I have just been pulling back from Reddit the past 6 months or so. I have been way too busy to even get time to come on. We are doing more stuff than ever, and every day is a new fire to put out. I am handling our ever expanding operation here in Arizona, and also acting as the chief scientific officer of the Canadian mushroom growing company. On top of that I am the science director of the Future Nutra Foundation, which has taken longer to get up and running, but is going to be super cool when we fully do. The new website is almost done, and we have a full set of testing of electrolytes on the market as our first round. I have a board call tomorrow for it, but I think we are trying to launch before Supply Side West. Then we are also planning an innovation summit next year in Texas that is going to be sweet if we can pull it off. So lot of moving parts there. Then I have a two year old son that is keeping me busy as hell, too. So I have just been trying to balance it all.
We are working on pure erinacine C and S standards right now. We finally got our supercritical CO2 prep system fully operational. It took way longer than expected, due to needing a whole new CO pump and some weird gremlins in the system that Buchi needed to fix. Now that it is at full operational status, new standard isolation is moving much much quicker. We have a ton of other projects on other products going on as well. We are trying to elucidate the unique bioactives in tiger milk mushroom, so we can create a standardized extract. I think we might have figured out the primary bioactives in white jelly, and will be doing a standardized version of that as well. We are working on our expanded quassinoid project for Tongkat, and doing our cell culture studies on the individual ones in various human cell lines. We started our project with one of the largest research institutions in the United States on Erinamax. I can't talk too much about that one, due to NDAs, till the project is farther along. However, their initial data in human stem cells blew them away, according to their scientific team. This is why they reached out to us about it, and decided to partner with us on some more comprehensive studies. We are super excited about that! I wish I could say more, because it is pretty massive, but I'll wait till I am allowed. Our partners have been able to optimize the growing process for Erinamax even further, which is going to allow us to reduce costs on it sometime next year. That should be pretty cool, because that's the largest hurdle for most people. In a time of rising costs, the possibility of lowering them will be nice for many people! Nothing on cell culture or molecular docking for Cognance yet. We are prioritizing Erinamax, lion's mane fruiting body, and Tongkat in the lab right now. That new PhD scientist I hired, Francisco (Cisco) is also now running our cell culture lab, so that is going to make things move along faster. The other scientist we had running it didn't want to do the high level stuff. He basically just wanted to be told what to do, then go do it in the lab, then not think at a higher level about it. This meant that all the planning and analysis fell to my chief scientific officer Ellie, and she is spread thin like I am. Getting Cisco in there is a great thing, as he can now plan, manage, and analyze things himself. Then Ellie and I can just oversee. Plus, he is going to be writing the papers we publish on it, so he will have more intimate knowledge to do that. Tons of other things going on, but I will leave some for later!
