24-Sep:Introduction of dioscorea nipponica and berberine phytosome. Donated 500ml blood to lower transferrin saturation.
25-Feb: Testing of shilajit, black ginger and stinging nettle root. No longer took berb here (ran out, liked it tho).
25-Aug: Got rid of BG, shilajit and nettle root because thet didnt improve my blood. BG was nice for penile weight and mood tho. Testing of eurycomax with extra boron and calcium d-glucarate.

Thanks for the context! So these results all make sense. Your SHBG jumped because your liver upregulated HNF4-alpha in response to the quick jump in total testosterone. That's a good thing. Eurycomax resulted in an additional 28.6% increase in total testosterone. Then the Dioscorea increased DHT a lot. Prolactin went down, and cortisol went slightly down, but didn't crash. Estrogen was significantly down, but still in range. That's what we were going for with Eurycomax. Your SHBG being up is likely tied to thyroid function. You didn't get TSH levels at your most recent test, but I would assume it would show high levels. When TSH goes up, SHBG production goes up, and free test goes down. You can see that relationship in your previous results. Why didn't they do TSH on the most recent one?
