What all are you taking? It's great that you have been regularly posting blood results. However, I think it would be useful to have a bit more comprehensive outlay of your regimen and history on the posts, that way people can understand the context for the results. From your previous posts, I would assume you were on black ginger, Dioscorea, berberine, and Eurycomax for these results?
