I pay for these labs at a private clinic so I only get the markers I select and pay for. Actually whats funny the lab also suggested it could be due to hyperthyroidism, tho I am not sure if thats the case. I eat plenty of pasture raised egg and use iodized salt

Ohh, got it. Yeah, that would give us more info. I misspoke before. TSH being up would mean your thyroid function was down, not up. Hyperthyroid function would increase SHBG, which would lower free testosterone. Interestingly, your previous results show TSH going down, but SHBG going down, so free testosterone going up. That's the opposite you would expect. That also might be because you were taking nettle before, but not in the recent results.
