I realized I posted the pic of the wrong bottle yesterday but the capsules are definitely both saffron. ND site on left, Amazon on right. Has this happened to anyone before?

Imagine how much more good you can affect on this industry if you had a bunch more cash. Have you considered hiring a marketing team to outsource that to professionals?
I recently bought some olive oil from life extension's website and started getting marketing material from them in the mail. The first one I got was a booklet that was just pages and pages of ads for their stacks and individual supplements that I think would be pretty persuasive to a large percentage of the population, especially the older folks that it seemed targeted to. It made me realize that there's this whole huge market that you're just not reaching because of your limited, online-only marketing.
I think hiring a marketing team that does stuff like what life extension and Thorne do would bring so much business to your site. I also bet that you have a much higher customer satisfaction and return rate than the other supplement companies. Once the ball gets rolling outside the internet, I think you've got a really good shot at growing the business massively because you've got products that _work_.

Yes, I agree. I think a lot of how we have operated has been dictated by my lack of trust in people. I have just been lied to so many times, I really lost trust in everyone. This has led to really good things, like my lab, scientific team, and R&D operations. However, it is also led to less than ideal things, like us trying to manage things we are not experts in. I have recognized that, and we are actually working with multiple outside teams on the marketing side now. We have a whole SEO team handling our site, getting it back to where we were years ago. We have an advertising team handling our paid advertising campaigns. Then we also are now working with Chamber Media on creative content. They were the ones that helped build up Transparent Labs with videos and other marketing. So we are going down that path. In fact, I just came back from Utah, where I was at our first video shoot with the Camber Media team.

So yes, I have recognized that I need to lean on outside professionals for the marketing side of things. However, you will notice that I was still personally on site for the shoot... LOL. There is just no way I am not going to be personally involved in everything. It's just who I am, and I care deeply about everything we do. So while I am bringing in other pros to help, I am going to be down in the trenches for it all, like I have always been!
