Reward Points Issue

Is anyone else having issues with the reward points? I’ve had 887 points and it’s remained unchanged through my last two orders. just was curious if anyone else has had a similar issue.

There was an issue with the widget 3 weeks ago that we had the developers fix. I guess when they did that, it reset the points award trigger to when the orders are marked "completed" instead of "shipped." The issue is that our flow never sets the orders to completed, so they were not being awarded. Now that we know what happened, we are manually going back through the orders from the past 3 weeks and updating the points.
