Wish I could restrictively get credit/points for all of the 💰 I've spent up until now 🤣
But either way, it's a nice add-on even if I wasn't really pining for it personally.

Yeah that's what I figured. Fair enough. And I have to admit I'm guilty as charged haha. Two sales gets me through the year.
I would gladly use the points for some extra orders though, especially for new products, were it not that EU shipping/taxes/duties make it a lot less attractive. I'll have to see!

We also have to balance how the whole program works across our very diverse customer base. We probably have one of the strongest core bases that spend a lot with us, but then we have a lot of people that buy from us once to try something, but then never order again. The goal is to get more of those people to have an incentive to try something else if their first order wasn't what they expected, which is all part of finding what supplement will work for you. A lot of new people starting out don't realize that, and they expect mind-blowing results from the very first product they buy. Sometimes they get lucky, but many times it takes a few attempts to really find that right supplement for you. If we can get more of those people making more attempts, we can grow our core group. That's been our biggest problem the past few years. Our loyal customers are buying more and more from us, but we have not expanded that base very well. We have been making a bunch of changes in an attempt to hopefully get that core group growing again.
