Wish I could restrictively get credit/points for all of the 💰 I've spent up until now 🤣
But either way, it's a nice add-on even if I wasn't really pining for it personally.

Have you thought about adding a subscription option? I'm one of the customers that typically buys twice per year, but I really wish I could just set up a subscription at a great discount instead of having to buy in bulk and store my order throughout the year. That should help you guys forecast demand a lot more easily.

Yes, but we have stayed away from it for two reasons. One, it's an additional level of underwriting for card processing banks, and puts you into a higher risk tier. We have stayed away from that because of all the shit we went through with card processors dropping us back in the day. Two, the way the systems are set up in Bigcommerce is not ideal. You have to have different SKUs for subscription products. It's not just that you can subscribe to the existing SKUs. You have to set up new SKUs for those products and sizes that you want to be able to be subscribed to. With our over 500 SKUs that's a pain in the ass. We are still talking with some other solutions that might be able to do it without all the extra SKU BS, so it is not something we are ruling out forever. We've just made a lot of changes to the site and operations in the past 2 years, so we want to get all that leveled out and see how things go before we throw another big change into the mix.
