Looks like we're finally getting that ND Loyalty Rewards Program

Wish I could restrictively get credit/points for all of the 💰 I've spent up until now 🤣
But either way, it's a nice add-on even if I wasn't really pining for it personally.

I agree. A subscription discount would be awesome - especially if it made small regular orders affordable and reliable outside the US.
I'm in Canada and have been a repeat loyal customer for over a decade (from back in Powder City days). I've tried a good chunk of ND's catalog over the few years and have identified a handful of products that consistently improve my QOL - products that in an ideal world I'd make sure to never run out.
Unfortunately, this year, I made the hard decision to put all future ND orders on hold due to financial reasons. I plan to resume in a few years when I (and hopefully rest of the world) will be in a better place!
With $200 USD min for free shipping, my 2-4 orders per year have easily totaled over $1000 USD on average (~$1300-1400 CAD, depending on exchange rate).
Had to significantly cut down on supplement use and find domestic alternatives for key affordable staples (e.g., magnesium). Main one I'm worried about running out of and can't find an alternative is Nobiletin - huge benefit from circadian rhythm effects.
If there were an affordable subscription option for regular delivery of 1-3 products, I would strongly consider.

We have been getting squeezed more and more by the shipping carriers. This is affecting both domestic and international. On top of that, we are getting squeezed by raw material costs going up, tariffs, our rent doubling, having to increase salaries to stay competitive (which can be tough in the more scientific roles, because we are competing with big pharma for talent there), electricity going up, and just everyday supplies and packaging costs. We are getting squeezed from all ends. It's a delicate balance to try and avoid raising product prices, and I think we have done a very good job of things. We have not done a round of price increases in over a year, even though tons of new costs have hit this year. We have been trying to increase operational efficiencies instead, and reduce overhead on a per-unit basis. We were not even going to have the summer sale this year because of all the uncertainty. It really is rough out there right now on the supply chain side. However, I worked with my team to get us in an okay position inventory wise, and still be able to run the sale and launch the rewards program. But there are certain fixed costs that we just don't have control over, like shipping, that really we are just at the mercy of the carriers on. They do not share our desire to keep costs the same, and are raising prices every single year. Sometimes they have multiple increases in a single year. Short of raising billions of dollars in investment and setting up our own shipping service like Amazon did, we just have to go with what they decide. Even then, Amazon's direct carrier service loses money for them every month.
For your specific case, we might have a solution soon(ish). I invested in a Canadian mushroom growing company, and one of the other investors owns a huge technology park in British Colombia. He wants to set up a manufacturing facility there to make finished supplement products. Canada is our second largest market, apart from the US, so if we go in with him on this facility, it would make sense to start manufacturing a portion of our catalog up there. Then we would be able to fulfill to Canadian customers from inside Canada, without any cross-border stuff happening. Now in that scenario, we are not going to do our whole catalog up there, as we just have too many products to make that happen, so it will likely be something like our top 20 products. Nobiletin is not one of those, unfortunately. However, once the fulfillment operation is set up, we might be able to import finished goods made at our facility here in Arizona under the USMCA agreement. So there might be a way to have our larger catalog fulfilled from inside Canada to improve efficiencies for customers like you. We are working on solutions like that.
