Any hope for SmartPS coming back? Or does the war have to end for that to happen?

I had not heard of that. I can look into it. It seems unique!
Berberine powder stock
We will not be restocking that one. It was too slow of a seller, and stains everything. It also tastes like shit, so most people just buy the capsules.
u/MisterYouAreSoDumb When Lucidispore on iHerb /s pls don't ban me
Likely never. iHerb wants ridiculous margins that we just don't have. That's especially true for LucidiSPORE. Even before things got crazy, we had low margins on it, due to how much it costs. Then its costs doubled, and we still have the 25% China tariffs. The cost became untenable. It's a shame, because it is really unique, and a very effective sleep product. It's just an expensive and intensive product to make. They have to collect the spores from reishi, then break them open using a patented process. Then they do a supercritical CO2 extraction on the broken spores to make the oil. Really cool, but not cheap.
Why did you decide to market a triterpenoid focused extract of red reishi? What did you find so interesting about it?
The triterpenoid fractions of reishi were the most unique compounds in reishi. The beta-glucans are nice for immune function, but the more interesting effects all come from the triterpenoids (ganoderic acids). This is why we made our 9% as well. However, these are the ganoderic acids from the fruiting body, not the spores. This is why the effects are slightly different. Our 9% is great for sleep, but LucidiSPORE is better. I totally agree.
Since you try a lot your own products before launching them, did you have any interesting experiences with Lucidispore? Any interesting combinations that you enjoyed?
Like everyone else, I find it best to knock me out just before bed. It works reliably and quickly for that. Sometimes I combine it with our lemon balm, and now Tauromag. Currently, I take our 9% reishi, lemon balm, and Tauromag before bed, and that works wonderfully.
How does Lucidispore compare to other calming nootropics such as Lemon Balm and Coriander?
LucidiSPORE is the best. Hands down. Lemon balm is probably either tied for second with Tauromag, or third. I personally don't use coriander for sleep. I find it better as a calming supplement in the daytime.
Andrographis
I've taken Andrographis every day for years, and have not had any side effects. We also have not had any significant reports from anyone on it. Most people find it safe and effective. It does affect BDNF, which can exacerbate hair loss in some people genetically predisposed to it, but that seems very rare. The taste thing is weird. I have not experienced it, nor has anyone reported that to me directly. It does bind to ACE2, which is how it helps with a certain virus. That virus also binding to ACE2 and affecting taste in some people could point to a mechanism. TRPV4 could be a factor as well. It's hard to say. It also might be a cultivar thing, with some causing it and others not. I have not tested Armaforce, so I can't really say much about it specifically in relation to ours. Maybe I should get some and run it through the lab, to see if we can see anything unique about it.
