I take reishi and lions mane extracts, but I’ve noticed my last delivery feels less effective.

Have they changed their recipe recently? Delivered to UK if that makes a difference

No, we are using the same farms we have for 8 years now. We are thinking of reformulating our reishi 8:1, but we have not done that yet. Are you using the 1:1 or 8:1 extracts?
