Is there any way to remove the fillers of the capsules?

I want to make a Tiger Milk nasal spray but only capsules are available, and I have a friend that wants to try Rephyll but the powder is not going to be restocked and he physically can't swallow capsules. Is there any way to remove the fillers at home? I'm willing to buy laboratory equipment as long as it isn't too expensive.

Thank you, I'll pass on the nasal spray. I took the idea from this study:
https://www.researchgate.net/publication/320408205_EFFECTS_OF_INTRANASAL_ADMINISTRATION_OF_TIGER_MILK_MUSHROOM_LIGNOSUS_RHINOCERUS_EXTRACT_ON_HISTOLOGICAL_CHANGES_IN_OVALBUMIN-INDUCED_AIRWAY_INFLAMMATION_MODEL
A nasal spray of Rephyll is a good idea but you won't restock the powder format right?

That study used an extract. Ours is whole sclerotium powder. I'd be more comfortable making a nasal spray from an extract than a powder.
I can check with my team, but from what I understand, nobody bought the Rephyll powder. Hell, even the capsules aren't great sellers. It's a unique product, but not really getting the hype it deserves.
