To get the amount of C3G in one dose of our capsules, you would need to eat 40lbs of fresh blueberries. No joke. We did the calculation. Our C3G from black rice is the most potent on the market, and delivers much more than you can reasonably get from blueberries.
The Redaxin differs in that the anythocyanidins in is are in the 3-deoxy form. The two most abundant in Redaxin are luteolinidin and apigeninidin. They will have much different effects than C3G, or any cyanins in blueberries.
